About
Dena Storck
Refined design. Thoughtfully personal.
Dena Storck is a Texas-born Interior Designer based in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas, known for creating refined, human-centered spaces with a warm, modern sensibility. She holds an M.F.A. in Interior Architecture from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University, where she refined her approach to thoughtful materiality, intentional spatial flow, and the emotional impact of design.
With an earlier career in senior leadership across Global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, Dena brings a rare blend of creative vision and people-driven insight to every project. Her work is grounded in deep listening, clarity of process, and the belief that well-designed environments elevate how we live, gather, and feel.
Influenced by her mother, an Interior Designer, Dena has always been drawn to spaces that balance beauty with purpose. Today, her practice is defined by clean lines, natural textures, and a commitment to creating interiors that feel timeless, grounded, and deeply personal.
Dena divides her time between Washington, D.C., and Austin, where she shares her life with her husband, Jason, and their three children, Ethan, Olivia, and Charlotte, who continue to inspire her perspective and passion for meaningful, nurturing design.
We believe interiors should feel lived in,
not just looked at.
Built on balance.
Led by a designer with an MFA in Interior Architecture and a background in human resources, our studio was founded on the belief that exceptional design is both artistic and strategic.
We combine a refined aesthetic with a structured approach, ensuring every project feels as effortless as it looks.
From our very first conversation to the final installation, we design with intention, precision, and heart.
Rooted in connection,
designed with intention.
Based in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas, Dena Storck Interiors brings a dual perspective – blending East Coast sophistication with relaxed, modern elegance.
